48 years old Nigerian man arraigned in UK court for drug trafficking........wah

A 48 year old Nigerian man, Mathew Atueyi, who was arrested on August 2nd at Edinburgh Airport, UK with 80 packs of cocaine valued at £387,000 was arraigned today October 27th before a high court in Glasgow over drug trafficking charges.

At the court hearing today, prosecuting counsel, David Nicolson said that Atueyi, who arrived the UK from Nigeria via Paris was arrested after £2000 was found on him. A urine test carried out on him tested positive for cocaine and an Xray conducted at the St John’s Hospital Livingston showed he had ingested multiple wraps of cocaine..

Beyonce's tour photographer Yosra El-Essawy dies at 33...

British-Egyptian born Yosra el-Essawy, the photographer who captured Beyonce’s The Mrs. Carter World Tour, and was behind some of Beyonce's iconic photos, has died. Yosra had been battling inoperable esophageal cancer for about a year. She lost her battle with it on Saturday Oct. 25th. She was just 33 years old.

Yosra was open about the disease and chronicled her battle with it on her instagram page. Beyonce's official website dedicated a day to her and wrote;
“You will forever be embedded in the hearts of all you have encountered. May you rest in perfect peace.". RIP, lady

See how 300L UNIBEN student was killed on campus by unknown gunmen

A 300 level student of the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Physical Sciences at the University of Benin in Edo state, Ejiroghene Gbenidio (pictured above) was shot dead by unknown gunmen inside the Ugbowo campus of the school on Friday October 24th.

According to reports, Ejiro was attending the jeans carnival of the final year students of his faculty when he was accosted and shot in the head. He died instantly.

Unknown gunmen killed a German national and abducted another one on Friday morning October 24th in Sagamu, Ogun state. The two men, who worked for Julius Berger, were traveling in two separate vehicles without their security escorts when the gunmen attacked and fired shots into their vehicles.

"About four armed men emerged from the bush near Sagamu on Friday morning and attacked. A bullet hit one German and he was confirmed dead on arrival at the hospital, while the hoodlums abducted another German.” police spokesman Abimbola Oyeyemi told AFP
